I typically I ship anywhere from 2-5 days days. it's just me doing this by myself and I take this as seriously as a side job and I care about my buyers and I spend about up to 8 hr a day doing this(not including working at my store) I could raise my prices but I like being able to sell my clients authentic new makeup for some of the lowest $ on PM. That comes w/ being a little overbooked so there is going to be a longer wait time with me then others

I'm Very sorry for such a late delay in responses i was in an accident and had to have a sudden but semi noninvasive surgery on my back my mom was trying to keep up PM for me but she was also sick anyways very sorry for my late responses it wasn't for lack of caring I honestly didn't know how lil my mom was able to do while I'm recovering or I would have taken over sooner

I understand as I’ve had things happen to me and I’m a teacher so I’m the most patient, had she communicated that with me I would totally understand but she has literally kept in contact with you letting you know whereas she has ignored me since the day I purchased.
