believer13 @glandtcorbin I am glad things are better - had done severe tachycardia the last week after a major medication change with end result was fatigue chest pain shortness of breath but j stopped that med spoke with my cardiologist it was all due to low potassium that the drug depleted - so doing better today just exhausted- not focused on listing just trying to get well & do a minimal amount of share groups - life is too short - stay safe enjoy the sun 🌞🙏

believer13 @glandtcorbin The brown stuff is kayexalate is usually taken when potassium is high - a healthy diet if you run low is dark green leafy veggies spinach OJ , bananas etc but she should ajeats consult with her doctors I don’t know all her medical issues nor meds everyone has a different care plan 🙏💚

believer13 @glandtcorbin yes of course Doctors NP’s RNs are all human - the parathyroid glands control calcium so you need potassium calcium levels to maintain good heart ❤️ function magnesium sodium play a role as well but calcium & potassium deficiency need to be closely monitored 🙏

believer13 @calltherain aww thank you kindly just shared some of your closet going to sleep - I am an NP but have some serious medical issues worked as an RN for a few decades lol - I find it very important to be your own advocate always ask questions & be proactive - any health care provider that doesn’t give you answers or is defensive is a red flag - choose faith & God always rest in him - life has its challenges but there are many good people - 🙏I am here I’d you need to talk goodnight 😴 & God bless 🙏
