Yoga and pilates foam roller

NWOT - FormFIT yoga and pilates firm foam roller approximately 18in length with a circumference of 5 3/4in. Can be used for a variety of exercises, from strength training, stretching to core exercises. target specific muscle groups. Roller is sturdy and durable and maintains its shape after repeated use. Small dent on round side of roller. (see pic below) Never Used.
