They stay put, the waist doesn't synch, the legs are long enough for someone tall, the pattern doesn't get see through when stretched, and you look down and you have the energy of this incredible design to lift you every step. I wear about a 6, the medium fits "exactly," not to tight, doesn't scootch down, Perfect ! I am 5'7/5'8 and 130 pounds. I was worried about them not being long enough but they fit perfectly, not too tight, very comfortable and have some extra length which i like.
