ashleighkent @browserbynature hello! Thanks for your interest. Laying flat : Armpit to armpit measurements are just over 16” wide, waist is 14.5”, hips are 16.5 “ and length from shoulder to hem line is 41”. The dress does have some stretch with 1% elastin lining and is made up of 97% viscose. No piling or visible marks. Has only been worn a few times. Great condition !
