NWT Yilibasha sheer black polka dot top with short puff sleeves. It has a solid black camisole underneath (that is actually hooked into the top itself). Mandarin collar with neck tie and a v-neck. Super vintage-inspired, pin-up looking top. I usually wear a small, and I think this would probably fit me okay, but I found it hard to get into because the cami and topper are linked together. You could totally cut the fabric loops that hold the cami in to make it easier to take on and off. New with tags and no flaws. Size XS. Cami has lots of stretch, outer has none.
