Yellow tank top and over coat

Yellow and white striped over coat/vest with a yellow tank top from rue 21. Tank top IS NOT built in. Tank top or not the over vest looks nice with a pair of black leggings. The tank top is no boundaries. Both were bought and tried on but didnt like the colors after taking the tags off, so they are both never worn.
