Yellow ruffled shirt

It's yellow and has very cute ruffles around the chest. Black tights would go so cute with this or skinny jeans with black flats. It's to small for me and never gone somewhere that i would wear it to. So never worn in fantastic shape. Has a super great color. Very soft.!! :)
