Yellow polka-dot Forever 21 top

Yellow, polka-dot Forever 21 top featuring fabric at the bottom to turn into a bow/knot. Size medium but I’m a small and it fits me perfectly. Used once, is in perfect condition. I wouldn’t be listing this but I don’t use it enough! The yellow is so vibrant and overall just a really cute top! Length from the top to the bottom (not including bow fabric) is 17.5”
