Yellow mustard polka dot knit 2x top shirt blouse NWOT

knit 2x top with white polka dots. it's a bright yellow with a tad bit of mustard in it but it's not super mustardy. care and contents as well as the measurements are in the photos there is a tie knot detail in the front. new without tags. I bought it right before I went on this diet and lost weight. never had the chance to wear it.
