Is it cut small do you think it will fit me I’m 93 pounds 5.1 a 00 my waist is only 23 I want it to hug me is this a stretchy material that will adjust to my size? brit721 @leamarie2008 it’s not stretchy and it will be a little too big for you. I’m 5’2 and 100 lbs and you can see how it fits me in the picture. If you want something fitted because you are so petite i would suggest a bodycon dress. Those usually run small and hug the body well.
