Yellow black gray floral strapless cocktail dress

This adorable little dress is just darling!! It has a black background and yellow and gray flowers. The sweetheart neckline and cinched too are very flattering for the figure. The back has a little bit of elastic to ensure a great fit. The bottom half of the dress has hidden type rouching to puff it up for extra dimension (it’s a little flat from being in the closet). It’s fully lined as well! There is also a cute yellow optional waist belt (could benefit from an iron lol)
