Yellow Peplum Top

Lightweight, long-sleeved peplum top in a beautiful yellow color. Material has plenty of stretch and is so flattering. Sleeves are flowy, cinched at the wrists. Keyhole detail on the front & back. I think the brand says Jessie B, but it was purchased from Modcloth a few years ago
