I am not a petite size, and it fits me The waist is great because it has elastic, so it fits around the smallest part of your waist and then is flowy I have a smoke-free and pet-free home Pit to pit: 17.5 inches, stretches to 19 inches Waist: 12 inches, stretches to 15.5 inches (with more stretch to give) Length: 35 inches The dress is stretchy and will stretch more, but I only measured to an easy stretch, nothing too extreme.
