Yellow Express maxi skirt, tags on

Gorgeous yellow accordion-pleat maxi skirt! Never worn, tags on. Express. Purchased for full price, $80. I was dreaming of the outfits this skirt could make but the waist was simply too big and I missed the return window! Elastic waist, I have a 24-inch waist. Size XS but fit like a small in my opinion.
