Yellow Banana Republic XXSP Flutter Sleeve Wrap Blouse

This is a wrap blouse with flutter sleeves. The top closes with a busy clasp, waist button, and tie. The length hits at the top of the hips which is flattering for petite frames. The fit is loose and not my preferred style.
