Yashica Full Automatic Vintage Film Camera

Yashica Full Automatic vintage camera. It needs a good dusting and has a few scuffs. This belonged to my dad and he had his name and number on the bottom from a label maker. It left a little sticker residue which you can see in the pic. I did put batteries in it and as far as I can tell everything works except for the bulb in the flash. I’m not an expert on how to use this so I might just be doing something wrong, but it appears the flash isn’t going off. With the batteries in the shutter button does work and the rewind button also appears fine.
