It did have tags attached but they are lost. Some signs of rust as can be seen from pics Handcrafted in Kentucky from recycled materials and each critter they design is slightly imperfect. All their holders are bare metal and rust with age. As they say “They rust, but they will never run away.” 15” x 6”
