100% cotton, made in Nepal. Embroidered all over with flowers. Pieced and tailored nicely, some embroidery and ruffle details. Mother of pearl buttons on the front pockets. Fully lined. Bought on line but always has been a tad too small for me. Some makeup staining inside collar. Faint stain on left elbow. Very faint and hard to see. Super cute.
