Long semi fitted Maxi Dress. Top has key hole at back and ties at base of neck to adjust straps. Flowy top cinched at waste and skirt is a bit fitted but still flowy. Shear top patterned fabric with a white slip material below that is short. There is a high side slit. Can be worn with a belt.
