cjasik @bgwenray good morning! i just added some pictures with measurements. So it says it’s 12” across, but like I said the whole band is elastic! It’s very stretchy up top.

cjasik @bgwenray one more detail I just noticed, the whole outer part is like a chiffon material. And then there is a lining, that is shorter (I posted a picture) and it’s like a polyester lining. So the bottom part of the skirt will be a little see through.
