Ya Los Angeles collared sleeveless peplum top

Never worn super cute YA Los Angeles royal blue on black collared sleeveless peplum top. The whole top is very chic and light in fabric so wear it with a camisole. Found a very small hole on the left shoulder as shown in the photo. Measurement from the armpit to armpit is about 17” but the bottom of the arm part runs lower than normal tops.
