YYY BOOTS ( NWOT)

I bought these boots at Burlington coat factory and they don't fit I tried to see the size on them and there is no size so I showed you all the measurements I took pictures of my foot's like a 99 and a half and I couldn't get it in there so I'm thinking maybe a 7 and 1/2 or an eight but I am guessing anyway I can't wear them.
