j_steensland honestly I did feel " calmer" bit I had weird dreams everytime I slept with watch on.. not necessarily bad dreams just different.. willing to come down in price for serious inquiries!

j_steensland @cissymatt I did feel a sense of calm, perhaps more centered. however I don't think it helped me sleep more/better. I had very strange, sometimes interesting dreams when I did sleep with watch. like, I could never remember my dreams or if I dreamt at all till I started sleeping with the watch on. All I can really say about it as far as "helping"
