madonna_presley @chakra89 hello, these are a true 38 —size 8 US. I just tried them on to make sure, but I find these to have a standard width. I don’t have a particularly narrow foot but as a reference I do find Louboutin‘s fit narrow for me. These feel comfortable and no tightness on the foot, but not a ton of extra room to play with either. Pretty standard.

madonna_presley @chakra89 sorry these are 39! But for me they fit like a 38. I will size up based on comfort and on occasion based on a must have shoe (will just use an insert). Never used an insert with these ones and they fit me comfortably as if an 8. My other blue YSL pumps on my page are also a 39 but I wear small insert. Hope that helps. To summarize, If you’re usually 8/8.5 I’d be confident in buying, but size above that, unsure.
