A gorgeous rare handmade yo-yo quilt in mint condition! True craftsmanship and many hours of hand work to make this beautiful addition to your country home, cottage farmhouse, cabin in the woods or even as a wall hanging. Photos taken are on a full sized bed to give you perspective. The yo-yos are made of cotton as is the pink backing. On the reverse side you can see the handiwork. No quilting or batting. Each YO-YO (the gathered flattened ball hand stitched one by own then sewn together, is of a different fabric. Hand quilted of what feels like cotton. Solid pink backing. 58" x x 74" for a full bed or as a coverlet for a queen bed. Quilted by my husband's grandmother in the 1950s, this quilt is in amazing condition with no signs of use or age.
