Hello, I'm sorry it took me this long to get back to you. The tights will fit you, they are a stirrup type. If you don't like the stirrup then they can be cut off at the ankle or I can cut them for you. The stirrup gives the leg a slimmer look. I measured the chest and it can be stretched to 50". The top can be stretched to 52" but it will be snug. If you have any questions I'm here. Thank you Linda
