New, without tags I had big dreams of dyeing this a darker shade of green, but after trying it on, I was so disappointed that it did not fit my body type well. I waited too long to return it, but it is in perfect condition and not worn out since the Torso didn't quite fit my body type. The scoop bra was very low on me (popping out!). I did not love it for my shape, which is very Apple currently.
