YELLOW & WHITE polka dot off shoulder blouse

This blouse is absolutely gorgeous! It is an off the shoulder blouse w/ spaghetti straps as well. The blouse is lined. I love it but it needs some attention from someone new. It no longer fits me, and it's hard to part ways with it. Please consider adding it to your wardrobe.
