YA electric blue skirt

Vibrant & fun electric blue skirt by YA Los Angeles. Mesh stripes throughout with black lining under. You can wear this higher up around your waist or lower down on your hips for more length. There is an elastic waist. Waist measurement when resting is approx. 13”, while the length is 17”. Beautiful condition, only worn a handful of times! For reference on size, I am a size 2/4 and it fits me perfectly. Definitely has room to stretch. 8/21
