davekyle can you give a waist. rise (crotch seam to waist) and inseam any spandex for stretching thanks

lilyrosegarden @davekyle waist 17 inches. inseam to waist 9.5 inches. inseam 1.5 inches. material picture added 76% cotton 23% Polyester 1% spandex. I tried stretching them a bit and they do have quite a bit of stretch
