Y2k joulie black stretch dress

There’s some white by the armpits but I will say the picture makes it look worse than it actually is. Not sure if it will come out or not. This belonged to a relative of mine and they no longer had a use for it, good used condition. Please see all photos for measurements and condition. I do have a dog.
