Y2k does 80s Kate Landry white leather bag purse chain detail

Some smudges on the exterior bottom of the bag as pictured, a small hole in the side of one inside pocket as pictured, content tags in other inside pocket have been cut out, also pictured. Interior and exterior could use a light cleaning. I believe this is leather, it really feels genuine to me, but I can't find any info on it. Priced accordingly. Beautiful details and solid costruction on this large bag. I love the braided shoulder strap with silver ballchain detail.
