Y2k black Fringe Skirt

Fabulous boho granite black skirt with fringe accents. this actually was worn by me just once and I wore it as a strapless dress. I hiked it up & rolled over as a tube top look- also You can hike it down and roll over the band to make it ride low on the hips and will be full length. The material is really easy to work with.
