Y2k Vintage Black Kitten Heels!

Super pretty pair of vintage kitten heels in black with open toes and a gorgeous beaded strap. They strap around the ankle & have buckle closures. They’re a good shoe for a casual or formal event as they can be dressed up or down. These are vintage from the early 2000s but are still in good used condition with no major flaws but there are some small signs of wear such as some scruffing, worn bottoms, small spots, etc. please see all photos for details & measurements.
