Y2k Shimmery Button Up Top Size Large

GUC worn once or twice Vixen Large Button up/down top with polka dots & faux diamond buttons. The color is an off white/light cream color with a touch of shimmer to it. It features a belt at the waist that helps create a thinner look. The sleeves have a ripple effect but there is no elastic. Refer to pics 8-9, there are a few tiny, tiny threads on the seams that look like small pulls, otherwise in great condition. Smoke/pet free home. I wore this with a Cropped pant and super cute Chunky Steve Madden Polka dot Chunky heel.
