Y2k Asian inspired floral dress

Vintage y2k Charlotte Russe brand unique statement piece Asian style floral print. Sleeveless black dress w/ pink & orange accents! Has flattering v-neck style. A couple notes: there are loops where a sash used to be to tie in the back but it is missing, & whoever owned this before safety pinned the chest area to make it more fitting. I left it there because you can't see it from the outside. Dress has no size, but fits like a small. Pit to pit: 15" Length: 35.5" Waist: 25"
