Y2K/90s Velvet Midnight Blue Dress by Susan Graver This STUNNER of a dress is in impeccable condition, made by Susan Graver who was a very well-known, sought-after brand in the early 90s-00s. It is beautiful and made of this gorgeous soft velvet. The design is also so cute and it has a twisted keyhole cutout. It is in excellent condition and marked as a xs but it certainly fits larger sizes, I am a medium and this dress was a little large on me. But as always refer to measurements for most accuracy.
