Y2K vintage chocolate and velvet formal dress

Step back into the late 90s/early 2000s with this gorgeous chocolate long dress. I am 5’2 and wore 2-3 inch heels. This style typically does not hit the floor so various heights could wear, but should be on the more petite side in my opinion. Dress has a silky feel and has intricate dark brown velvet flowers throughout the dress. Matching buttons in the shoulders. Perfect for a dance, wedding guest, or formal event and best of all, it’s vintage!
