Y2K top, early 2000s hit, perfect for summer

This shirt is the definition of Y2K and the girlies that can pull off that style have my love! I personally cannot. I would love for this to go to someone who will wear the mess outta it! I think it is a children’s large and has some decent stretch, I wear a women’s medium and it fits me. I think it would fit a small really well and could probably fit a large.
