Y2K prom dress high low fuchsia sequined

This is a beautiful early 2000s prom dress from Riva Designs in a size 8. It has a high low skirt but will touch the floor on anyone on the shorter side. The straps have been taken up but you can see that the excess material has been left so they can be let back out. Other than some loose stitches under the pleats on the torso and some loose sequins, it is in great condition. The waist measures almost 14in across. The bust has built in cups.
