Rare vintage 90s y2k bebe ladylike top handle structured frame bag. Can be worn as top handle bag or over the shoulder. Smooth, shiny vegan leather. Zipper closure. Silver toned metal plates. Twin carry handles. Button for securing zipper pull. East west structured bag. Interior zipper pocket. Capsule wardrobe. Black lining has some bronzer/makeup powder stains. I tried to clean it up but didn't want to scrub too hard. Great used condition. See last photo. One exterior side has a crease in the faux leather from storage.
