Y2K Vintage Anchor Blue Sweater Pullover

This is probably a Junior’s, light blue (pic on the mannequin shows best color) hooded sweater pullover from Anchor Blue in size Medium from the early 2000’s (it’s been sitting in my closet for a long time lol) I don’t think I wore it much, it does have one small thread pull on arm (as shown in picture) but is in great condition, it’s super soft & very cute!
