Chic black ultra mini skirt with zipper in back Dress pants material, little to no stretch Labeled size Large which must mean children’s I am a size 0, 24 inch waist and this is just too tight in the butt for me Waist : 13.5 (but should sit closer to the hips than the smallest part of your waistline) Hips : 16 (I am 16.5 inches there) Length : 14 (loved that!) I hope we can find this can find a good home… it’s perfect but I think I’d bust the zipper if I tried to wear it out.
