asheen25 @lotyda I’m so sorry for such a late reply - I didn’t see your question. The dress has a 100% cotton lining and 55% polyester/45% rayon dress, so not exactly T-shirt material, but it has a very comfortable, light feel. Laying flat the measurement is 11” and stretched can go further, up to 16” or more.
