Y2K Pleated Skirt

This low rise beauty is super hot, it’s heavyweight fabric which I love, the pleats are strong and the zipper is great quality. There’s thick flat belt loops on it, I’ve worn it with a white belt with a gold buckle and it was super cute. There’s some staining on the front, coffee I think.
