Tagged Women’s size 4 fits like a XS/S. Modeled on a S/M 29” waist 5’5” and this is just a bit snug on me. No stretch in waist or in material. Unisex. A-line shape, so this flows out at the waist (not a pencil skirt / bodycon shape).
