Super cute vintage Y2K peasant top with bell sleeves and round stud detail. The top half and back are semi sheer and a stretchy material. The bottom half and sleeve are a faux suede material. Size large but could probably fit anywhere from a small to large depending on desired fit. Measurements are 20 inches in length, 34 inch bust, and 18 inches from shoulder to shoulder. Just to be certain are you saying measurung flat...the armpit to armpit measurement would be 17"
