Y2K New unworn Jeffrey & Dara green dress 18W

This dress is vintage but is unwarned still has the tags attached. Size 18 W measures about 49 inches long and from pit to pit measures about 23 inches. Looks like a two-piece dress, but the top is attached. 65% acetate and 35% rayon. This dress is very clean and was well stored, and I’m not sure but looks discolored on the inside of the dress around the neckline. I think you can see this in the pictures.
