Y2K Monkey Merry-Go-Round T Shirt

Y2K early 2000s vintage Rare never seen another! I dont think its Paul Frank, the faces don't look quite right but the time period is right and so is the vibe haha navy blue t shirt with a white layered trim detail around neckline, sleeves and bottom seam. Has an adorable graphic of monkeys on a merry go round on the front, on the back all the monkeys are dizzy and one got flinged off onto one sleeve haha I cut the tag off long ago so I'm guessing it's a girls medium based on the fit. I'm xs woman, my measurements: 32, 24, 34 has a few pinholes please see photos
